Each year since it's inception in 2002, the Krewe de Roux has hosted a traditional Mardi Gras ball. The Boudin Ball brings the tradition and revelry of Louisiana Mardi Gras to the Dallas area. Along with Krewe members, their guests, friends and associates, over 400 people gather for a formal night of great food, an open bar, music, dancing and fun!

On February 13, 2010, the Krewe de Roux presented its Royal Court at the 9th annual Boudin Ball at 7 Senses in Dallas. Thank you to everyone for making the 2010 Boudin Ball a great success! With your help, the Krewe de Roux will be able to make a significant contribution to the North Texas Food Bank.
